Thanksgiving: Family & Friends Week
Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and this is the time of the year that we open the campground to families and friends over 21 that would like to see the place we love!
This includes male and female friends and family that would like to see where we live and play. Friends and Family visits this year are from November 20th to November 27th (an entire week)! Invite your friends and family to visit, stay overnight (cabin rentals or RV spaces available at non-event prices), and party with us Whispering Oaks style! Our current covid vaccination policy of full vaccinations plus booster is required for admission camp.
We are planning a Family Style dinner Saturday evening … The campground will cook us a Ham and it’s up to guests to bring a dish to share.
A signup sheet will be posted on the Friends Facebook Page. Please post what you are bringing and how many are attending so everyone has an accurate count.
The Gray block bathroom (near the office) will be considered a women’s bathroom for Nov 20-27, and the brown bathroom by the motel would be for Men to use. Out of respect for our guests, we do ask that everyone remain clothed for this period. The only exception would be those using the hot tub and we simply ask that you be discreet getting in and out.
